Villa Patrizia is located really close to the medieval gem Cortona but also close to the border with Umbria too. The villa is sited just to the north of Lake Trasimeno, the largest lake in Italy, in a wonderfully panoramic position, surrounded by olive groves and a large garden with swimming pool.

The holiday accommodation comprises two rental apartments, both recently restored and completely independent.
Both apartments have a private garden and verandah, with tables and chairs for relaxing al fresco.
The apartments are furnished and decorated in typical Tuscan style, both refined and elegant.

Apartment one (sleeping 2+2) comprises a large living room/kitchen with open fireplace, a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, garden and verandah (table and chairs) with views over the valley and Lake Trasimeno.  A sofabed (double or twin) on the big living room)
