San Bernardino del Lago - Palmerini srl is an agritourism composed of 3 stone farmhouse divided in 8 independents apartments (5 available for the guests), in one farmhouse there are 4 apartments (Cucciolo/Dotto/Eolo/Gongolo), Biancaneve is 164,04 feet away from this group of apartments; 90 hectares (223 acres) on the Siena’s hills, swimming pool, private lake (11000 mq = 13156 yard quadre) for our guests to fish, football camp, beach volley camp; our property is composed of production of oil (700 olive threes), wine, cereals, and reserve of truffles; there is a restaurant in the neighbouring farm. In a few minutes driving on reach Rapolano Terme, famous thermal centre.
We are in the Chianti area, around us: Siena (30 km), Arezzo (35 km), Pienza (25 km), Cortona (35 km), Montalcino (35 km), and Montepulciano (25 km), San Quirico d’Orcia (30 km). Firenze is about 90 km away, Rome is 190 km, Pisa is about 170 km away.

Ground floor apartment with pergola equipped with table and chairs. Sitting/dining room with kitchenette, double sofa bed and fireplace, 1 double bedroom, bathroom with shower.
DOTTO 5Omq 2+3
Ground floor apartment with pergola equipped with table and chairs. Sitting/dining room with kitchenette, double sofa bed and fireplace, 1 double bedroom, bathroom with shower.
EOLO 70mq 4+2
Ground floor apartment with own entrance and small loggia equipped with outdoor furniture. Sitting/dining room with kitchenette, fireplace and two single sofa beds, 2 double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower.
GONGOLO 70mq 4+2
First floor apartment with entrance from an outside stone staircase, loggia equipped with outdoor furniture. Sitting/dining room with two single sofa beds and fireplace, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower.
VILLA BIANCANEVE 95mq 4+2+2
Detached mansion house on the ground floor with outside private space, close by the wood, the swimming pool and the lake. Sitting/living room with kitchenette, fireplace and mezzanine with two single sofa beds, 2 double bedrooms, one of these with internal bathroom with shower, there is one other bathroom with shower.
Final cleaning (to pay at the end of your journey)
Cucciolo/Dotto: 10,00 euro per person; minimum 30,00 euro
Eolo/Gongolo: 10,00 euro per person; minimum 50,00 euro
Biancaneve: 10,00 euro per person; minimum 60,00 euro
Caution: 150,00 euro per apartment (Pay it at the moment of the arrival, and we will give it back at the moment of the departure).
